Under direct supervision, the Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating HVAC sheet metal products following strict quality guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidate in this position will perform duties within an assembly line which can entail the set-up and operation of sheet metal fabrication equipment and the processing of raw material to finished assembled product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setup and operation of fabricating equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reading and understanding work orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with hand and power tools and large sheet metal equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect processed parts ensuring that quality standards have been met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform required housekeeping routines and maintaining a safe work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate any quality issues to the supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Experience:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two (2) years minimum experience in a metal fabrication environment is preferred but not required&nbsp;<strong>(Will train).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work 25 hours a week for part time, 40 hours a week for full time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills\/Competencies:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-starter and able to work independently or in a team environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well within a diverse team of skill-sets and functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eager and willing to increase their skill-sets in manufacturing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pluses:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any previous experience with sheet metal fabrication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience setting up and operating machines such as punch press, press brake, powder coating, spot or stitch welding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Environment:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to machinery noises and smells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seasonal indoor environmental conditions ranging from cold mornings to hot afternoons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hours:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part-Time:<\/strong> 25 hrs\/week<br><strong>Full-Time:<\/strong> 40 hrs\/week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 hour shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day shift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supplemental
